TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

THE KINGS CASTLES AND EVENTS

BOUNCY CASTLE HIRE

These are the Terms and Conditions of your booking. Please read these carefully and by ticking the box when booking signifies that you accept them. The company accept no responsibility for any damage or injury whilst our equipment is under hire to you.

Please make sure the access and area is free of litter, Rubbish, Animal foul & Anything that is

Obstructing clear access for the driver to get through with the product. If the bouncy castle will need to come through the house for delivery please make sure the walkway/entrance is clear ready for the driver. As a company THE KINGS CASTLES AND EVENTS is not responsible or liable for any damages within the property or outside the property when the driver is collecting & delivering. It is not the delivery drivers responsibility to move object out of the way to allow access to where the product should go.

1. Child Bouncy Castles are strictly for children under 11. Unless hiring and adult castle Any child taller than the inside wall is not permitted to use it. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should ADULTS ENTER ONTO the inflatable as this may result in damage to the unit. Any damage will have to be paid for by the hirer named on the agreement. The driver is to be paid upon delivery of the unit, deposits are non-refundable if the bouncy castle is not clean as left when setup. No signs are to be glued, taped or hung onto the unit at all. This would also result in losing your deposit.

2. You “the Hirer” are responsible for injury or damage occurring whilst the equipment is on hire and you are strongly advised to take out Public Liability Insurance covering the use of the inflatable whilst it is on hire to you.

3. You must ensure that there is adequate adult supervision at all times when the inflatable is in use. The unit cannot be left unattended, and if hired out overnight, the unit along with all accessories is to be stored indoors. When not in use, the unit is to be covered with the additional cover supplied by us.

4. Children must remove their shoes before using the inflatable and must be prevented from climbing up the walls/barriers of the unit. Food, drink, drinking glasses, belts and pets are forbidden on all the units.

5. The Hirer is responsible for safe keeping of the inflatable and you will be charged for any damage caused to it or for any items missing from it on its return.

6. Equipment returned in a dirty condition will be subject to a cleaning charge (Loss of deposit). No children who have been face-painted can use the inflatable due to the makeup staining the units (Loss of deposit).

7. All units are checked on delivery and your signing below indicates acceptance of the inflatable as being in good, clean condition.

8. Only our delivery driver is authorised to collect the inflatable and under no circumstances should any of the equipment be handed over to anyone other than our delivery driver.

9. Extreme caution is to be taken with extension cables, (which are to be taped down and untapped at the end of the hire by the hirer) and the electric blower. The blower is NOT to be covered with anything other than our covers where required.

10. The safe amount of children on an inflatable at any one is as follows: 15’x15’ = 8 max, 12’x14’ = 6 max, 11’x15’ = 6 max, 14’x8’ ball pond = 5 max, 16’x14’ = 6 max and 19’x19’ slide = 4 max. ADULT SUPERVISION IS NECESSARY. You “the Hirer” must ensure units are staked down at all times. Stop any horseplay. Do not use in high wind or very bad weather.

11. No refund will be given due too bad weather once bouncy castle has been setup for you & the driver has left the address.

12. If you do have to cancel the bouncy castle due to wet weather or any other reason this must be done by the day before your booking & before 12PM. Any time after this would result in full payment to be made upfront on your next booking which is non-refundable if cancelled. If you do cancel when the driver arrives on the day to setup at your address then a 50% payment must be made to the driver.

13. If on setup the bouncy castle doesn’t fit a 50% balance must be paid to the driver as it is your responsibility as the hirer to make sure you measure the garden space before booking.

14. THE KINGS CASTLES AND EVENTS is not responsible for any water damage from a wet castle upon delivery or collection when taken through a building

I hereby confirm that I have read and understood the above terms and conditions and agree to hire the equipment from THE KINGS CASTLES AND EVENTS subject to those terms and conditions.

HOTTUB HIRE AGREEMENT

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

THE KINGS CASTLES AND EVENTS

NO INFLATABLE LID WILL BE SUPPLIED FOR HYGIENIC REASONS

There will be a cover lid supplied with your hot tub

Please note, heating times can be up to 36 hours at the colder times of year

These are the Terms and Conditions of your booking. Please read these carefully and sign at the bottom to signify that you accept them. The company accept no responsibility for any damage or injury whilst

our equipment is under hire to you.

By signing the agreement you agree to maintain & keep the water quality clean as when it was left on the day of delivery. It’s not THE KINGS CASTLES AND EVENTS responsibility to maintain your water quality. We are not liable for any infections caused by poor water quality & miss use of the hot tub.

1. Hot Tubs are not suitable for young children. Any damage will have to be paid for by the hirer named on the agreement. The driver is to be paid upon delivery of the unit. No signs are to be glued, taped or hung onto the unit at all. This would also result in losing your deposit. Damage to the hot tub or equipment would result in being charged for any replacement needed.

2. You “the Hirer” are responsible for injury or damage occurring whilst the equipment is on hire and you are strongly advised to take out Public Liability Insurance covering the use of the inflatable whilst it is on hire to you.

3. You must ensure that there is adequate adult supervision at all times when the Hot Tub is in use around older children/teenagers. The unit cannot be left unattended by an adult when older children/teenagers are using the Hot Tub. .

4. Food & pets are not allowed in the Hot Tub at any time

5. The Hirer is responsible for safe keeping of the Hot Tub, you will be charged for any damage caused to it or for any items missing from it on its return or stolen from your property during the hire.

6. All units are checked on delivery and your signing below indicates acceptance of the Hot Tub as being in good, clean & full working order.

7. Only our delivery driver is authorised to collect the Hot Tub and under no circumstances should any of the equipment be handed over to anyone other than our delivery driver.

8. Extreme caution is to be taken with extension cables, (which are to be taped down and untapped at the end of the hire by the hirer). During the hire its very important that the extension reel is not to be reeled back up after setup is complete. Reeling the extension lead back up whilst the hot tub is in use can result in the plug or wiring to burn or catch fire.

9. No refund will be given due too bad weather, fault to the gazebo, disco light & speaker. Once the Hot Tub has been setup for you & the driver has left the address.

10. If you continue to use your hot tub with dirty water inside there is a high chance of infections such as ear infection & folliculitis rash on your skin. THE KINGS CASTLES AND EVENTS Are NOT responsible for these infections during the hire period as all tubs are cleaned after collection & setup. If you are not happy with how clean the hot tub is please make the delivery staff aware you want it cleaned again before they leave. Once they have left the address after setup this would result in a call out charge if you want them to come back

11. If for any reason you need to change your water during your hire dates we can offer this service for you but is a call out charge of £60 which is to be paid via bank transfer (Would need at least 24 hour’s notice). This service will include change of a filter, safe drainage of the hot tub via a water pump, fully cleaned as per setup & chlorine shocked ready to use again after 15 hours. We strongly recommend this service if your water is dirty to reduce the risk of infections moving forward.

12. If for any reason you want the hot tub collected earlier than the arranged date no refund will be given for the days not used. This would be your choice to have the hot tub collected earlier.

13. Please take note that all hot tubs will have the use of chlorine chemicals & can result in bleaching of clothing. We are not responsible for bleaching of any clothing items during the hire & we do ask for customers to go indoors whilst setup is taking place to be safe.

Do’s & Don’ts When using the Hot Tub

1. Don’t allow children in the Hot Tub unsupervised

2. Don’t have any electrical products in or close by the Hot Tub

3. Don’t consume alcohol when using the Hot Tub

4. Don’t use the Hot Tub whilst under the influence of drugs

5. Don’t use glass based glasses in the Hot Tub. Must be plastic glasses only

6. Don’t use the Hot Tub if you have an infectious disease

7. Don’t enter the Hot Tub with clothes on, Only swimwear to be worn

8. Don’t take into the Hot Tub sharp objects

9. Don’t allow animals in the Hot Tub

10. Don’t dive or jump into the Hot Tub

11. Don’t sit on the sides of the Hot Tub

12. Don’t sit on the Hot Tub cover

13. Don’t stand on the pump or rest any object s on it

14. Don’t use the Hot Tub if pregnant

15. Don’t turn the Hot tub off overnight

16. Don’t remove the fitted filter

17. Don’t try to move the Hot Tub once setup

18. Don’t empty the Hot Tub

19. Don’t run the Hot Tub bubbles with the cover on

20. Don’t use your Hot Tub alone

21. Don’t use the Gazebo over 15 MPH wind speeds as the gazebo is unsafe to use & could result in the roof collapsing resulting in injury. We strongly recommend taking the gazebo down in high winds.

22. Do shower before going into the Hot Tub

23. Do make sure your feet are dirt free before going into the Hot Tub as the filter will not clean this

24. Do keep the water level topped up

25. Do make sure the chlorine tablet is in the holder before putting into the Hot Tub

26. Do keep the Hot Tub cover on when not in use

27. Do keep the chlorine tub out of reach of children

28. Do take inside the disco light at the end of the night as damp will effect or possibly break the light. Please note that the disco light/speaker is not to be used in the hot tub. They are not waterproof.

MASCOT HIRE AGREEMENT

These are the Terms and Conditions of your booking. Please read these carefully and sign at the bottom to signify that you accept them. The company accept no responsibility for any damage or injury whilst our equipment is under hire to you.

If the Mascot suit is at a home address the driver will delivery direct to your front door. As a company THE KINGS CASTLES AND EVENTS is not responsible or liable for any damages within the property or outside the property when the driver is collecting & delivering.

1. Mascot suits are strictly for Adults to wear only. Any damage will have to be paid for by the hirer named on the agreement. The driver is to be paid upon delivery of the mascot, deposits are non-refundable if the mascot is not clean as left with you. No signs are to be glued, taped or hung onto the mascot at all. This would also result in losing your deposit.

2. You “the Hirer” are responsible for injury or damage occurring whilst the equipment is on hire and you are strongly advised to take out Public Liability Insurance covering the use of the mascot

3. The mascot must not be worn outside & is for indoor use only. Wet weather will damage the suit & feet. This would result in losing the deposit. The Hirer is responsible for safe keeping of the mascot and you will be charged for any damage caused to it or for any items missing from it on its return.

4. Mascots returned in a dirty condition will be subject to a cleaning charge (Loss of deposit).

5. All mascot suits are checked on delivery and your signing below indicates acceptance of the mascot suits as being in good, clean condition.

6. Only our delivery driver is authorised to collect the mascot suit and under no circumstances should any of the mascot suit be handed over to anyone other than our delivery driver.

7. No refund will be given due for the mascot suit once the driver has left & you no longer require the suit.

POPCORN CANDY FLOSS AND SLUSH MACHINE HIRE AGREEMENT

our equipment is under hire to you.

If the machine will need to come through the house for delivery please make sure the walkway/entrance is clear ready for the driver. As a company THE KINGS CASTLES AND EVENTS is not responsible or liable for any damages within the property or outside the property when the driver is collecting & delivering. It is not the delivery drivers responsibility to move object out of the way to allow access to where the product should go.

1. Our machines should only be operated & supervised by an adult. Any damage will have to be paid for by the hirer named on the agreement. The driver is to be paid upon delivery of the unit. No signs are to be glued, taped or hung onto the unit at all. This would also result in losing your deposit.

2. You “the Hirer” are responsible for injury or damage occurring whilst the equipment is on hire and you are strongly advised to take out Public Liability Insurance covering the use of the inflatable whilst it is on hire to you.

3. You must ensure that there is adequate adult supervision at all times when the machine is in use. The unit cannot be left unattended, and if hired out overnight, the unit along with all accessories is to be stored indoors.

4. Machines should not be used in wet weather conditions

5. The Hirer is responsible for safe keeping of the machine and you will be charged for any damage caused to it or for any items missing from it on its return.

6. All machines are checked on delivery and your signing below indicates acceptance of the inflatable as being in good, clean condition.

7. Only our delivery driver is authorised to collect the machine and under no circumstances should any of the equipment be handed over to anyone other than our delivery driver.

SOFT PLAY HIRE AGREEMENT

These are the Terms and Conditions of your booking. Please read these carefully and sign at the bottom to signify that you accept them. The company accept no responsibility for any damage or injury whilst our equipment is under hire to you.

Please make sure the access and area is free of litter, Rubbish or anything obstructing the access for the driver to get through with the product. As a company THE KINGS CASTLES AND EVENTS is not responsible or liable for any damages within the property or outside the property when the driver is collecting & delivering. It is not the delivery driver’s responsibility to move object out of the way to allow access to where the product should go.

1. Soft Play hire is for small children only. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should ADULTS ENTER ONTO the soft play mats with shoes or hire heels as this will result in damaging the mats & losing your deposit. These toys are for small children only & larger children using these toys may result in breaking them & gain losing your deposit. Any damage will have to be paid for by the hirer named on the agreement. The driver is to be paid upon delivery of the soft play, deposits are non-refundable if the soft play is not clean as left when setup. No signs are to be glued, taped or hung onto the soft play at all. This would also result in losing your deposit.

2. You “the Hirer” are responsible for injury or damage occurring whilst the equipment is on hire and you are strongly advised to take out Public Liability Insurance covering the use of the soft play whilst it is on hire to you.

3. You must ensure that there is adequate adult supervision at all times when the soft play is in use. The soft play cannot be left unattended.

4. Children must remove their shoes before using the soft play. Food, drink, drinking glasses and pets are forbidden on the soft play & will result in losing your deposit.

5. The Hirer is responsible for safe keeping of the soft play and you will be charged for any damage caused to the toys or for any items missing from it on its return.

6. Equipment returned in a dirty condition will be subject to a cleaning charge (Loss of deposit). No children who have been face-painted can use the soft play due to the makeup staining the soft play (Loss of deposit).

7. All soft play is checked on delivery and your signing below indicates acceptance of the soft play as being in good, clean condition.

8. Only our delivery driver is authorised to collect the soft play and under no circumstances should any of the equipment be handed over to anyone other than our delivery driver

9. THE KINGS CASTLES AND EVENTS are a ‘hire only’ company and supervision is not included in our service. It is the full responsibility of the hirer and the other parents/carers present at the venue to ensure that all children are fully supervised at all times.

10. THE KINGS CASTLES AND EVENTS will accept no responsibility for any injury caused during use of the soft play equipment. However we will take every precaution to prevent this which is why we will ask you to check the equipment once it has been set up and sign to confirm you are happy with everything before we leave the premises. In the event that a defect is discovered upon set up then we will take that item away with us to prevent potential injury.

11. Any stray balls from the ball pit must be returned to the ball pool ready for our collection.

INFLATABLE PUB,CINEMA AND MARQUEE HIRE AGREEMENT

1. CHILREN MAY ENTER These inflatable rooms under adult supervision only Any damage will have to be paid for by the hirer named on the agreement. The driver is to be paid upon delivery of the unit, deposits are non-refundable if the bouncy castle is not clean as left when setup. No signs are to be glued, taped or hung onto the unit at all. This would also result in losing your deposit.

14. The kings castles and events is not responsible for any water damage from a wet castle upon delivery or collection when taken through a building
